You have 14 days from delivery to return your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. Final sale and personalized items cannot be returned.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at Hello@TheWayKit.com with your order number and photos. We'll provide our Hong Kong return address and cover the return shipping cost. You'll receive a full refund to your original payment method, including any shipping costs.
Free Shipping Threshold
If your return causes your order total to fall below our $100 free shipping minimum, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.*
How to Initiate a Return

- Ship the item back (include your order number in the package)
- Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt
